2 unlimeted is a dutch eurodance duo who were on the charts first time in 1991 with the singel "Get ready". At first it was an instrumental techno tune but the producers contacted the rapper Ray to get some lyrics. Ray recommended Anita as singer and the duo was formed. "Get ready" is today still used at many sportsevents and even in movies, such as "Space Jam" from 96, featuring sportsstar Michael Jordan.

In 1993 2 unlimited realesed their followup "No limts!" and the titeltrack "no limits" made the duo superstars on the 90s musicscene and it reached 1# in several european charts.

In 1994 the album "Real Things" was released but at this time the succes was harder to get as the unique eurodancesound that where the trademark of 2 unlimited had become the sound of many groups such as la buouche etc. whome wanted the same succes. Apart from the eurodance tracks 2 unlimeted also had some electroballads on their album and from "Real Things" the track "nothing like the rain was realed as a single

Ray and Anita called it a day in 1996 and went seperat ways in 1996 after releasing "Hits unlimited" a compilation of thier biggest hits from the 3 albums.
