The sequel to Terminator from 1984, Terminator 2 Judgement day hit cinemas in 1991. As in the first movie it featurs Anorld Schwarzenegger as Terminator. A cyborg from the futur. Only i the first movie he is sent to kill and in T2 he is sent back in time to protect Sarah Connor and her son who his the saving the world from judgement day in the futur.
T2 is directed by James Cammeron who also directed the first Terminator movie and the movie about Titanic from 1996.
T-1000 and specieleffects
The Villian in T2 is another cyborg, the T-1000 who is sent to kill Sarah Connor and her son. The movies show the batle to protect the Conners from T-1000 who litteraly undestroyable as it is made out of liquid metal.
The speciel effects in T2 won much praise because of the liguid metal-effects on the T-1000 cyborg. In 1991 this had never seen the like of use of computer-generated imagery. This also helped the production-cost to exceed 100 million dollars. At 102 million Terminator became the most expensive movie in history at the time.
Catch phrase
The catch phrase "I´ll be back has been used in all the Terminator movies here is a clip from Terminator 2 where Arnold Schwarzenegger says it with his highly recognisiable austrian accent.
The Soundtrack
The soundtrack for Terminator 2 judgementday had some great music to acompany the movie
Like "You could be mine" from Guns´n Roses and their "Use your illusion" records

The terminator prank
In 2015 Arnold him self took part in a prank were he stands dressed as the Terminator at a museum scaring people when stand beside him to take a selfie.
